My Story
While my background may seem unconventional – with a B.S. from Cornell University and Master's degrees from UC Davis and Stanford University in genetics and winemaking – it's precisely this diverse experience that fuels my passion for streamlining business operations. My journey into accounting began while working for a small Finger Lakes winery, where I discovered a knack for optimizing systems to integrate accounting, point of sale, inventory management, and wine club operations, with a focus on generating actionable profit analysis. This led me to a career shift to accounting and bookkeeping, and since then, I have gained experience providing comprehensive services to a variety of businesses, including restaurants, bars, non-profits, construction companies, retail stores, and consulting firms, ensuring that I can offer solutions that are practical and effective for your specific needs.
